Your Role as RN Assisted Living/Memory Care Manager

This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining a high standard of care and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Assisted Living/Memory Care department to ensure the delivery of safe, competent services.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents.
  • Assessing new and potential residents for appropriate placement.
  • Managing departmental policies, procedures, and compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Planning and managing department budgets, including staffing and supplies.
  • Supervising, evaluating, and guiding staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Providing on-call support and addressing significant changes in residents conditions.
  • Building strong relationships with families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Reporting department developments to the Executive Director and implementing action plans.
What You Bring
  • Current RN license in Ohio.
  • CPR certification (long-term care experience preferred).
  • Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
  • Ability to work every other weekend and fulfill on-call responsibilities.
