• Still need flexibility to stay out a night at a time potentially due to hours of service
• Well-oiled operation with dedicated work available
• Dedicated customers in DE/NC/TN/SC/GA 
• Drop & hook, no touch freight
• Sleeper trucks 2010 or newer
• Working to flip fleet
• More and more newer trucks as time goes on
• Paid detention
• Deadhead rates
• Low mileage rates added for fair compensation
• Dispatch is force BUT flexible
• Can accommodate needed home time, different schedules
