Warehouse Worker Night at The Odom Corporation in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Description Hourly: $18.45 - $25.00/hr. - Variable pay scale based on pick rates and accuracy. We are seeking full-time dependable Warehouse Order Pickers located in Boise, ID. The Warehouse team is a crucial part of CSB's daily operations with tasks ranging from unloading and loading new products to picking the orders for the delivery team with an accuracy level of 100%. Pickers are responsible for order fulfillment and picking beverage/snack products from stock pallets onto individual pallets, using electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed. The position starts at $18.45/hr. while training. Once new team members complete training, they are placed on an individual variable pay scale based on pick rate and accuracy, earning up to $25.00/hr. Order Picker shifts start at 10 am. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Pick orders correctly and in a timely manner for next day delivery Build pallets in a useable and stable configuration Label pallets correctly for delivery Load delivery trucks nightly for next day delivery Cleanup damaged products Organize the warehouse work areas as needed Complete other tasks assigned by manager Perform all duties in a safe manner as defined in the safety policy Knowledge and Skills Required: High School Diploma or equivalent is required Must pass background check prior to employment Ability to lift 15-36 lbs. products repetitively throughout the duration of the shift Ability to lift products up 165 lbs.
