Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

Nurse First is seeking a skilled and dedicated travel nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, medications, and treatments.
• Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including cardiac monitors and ventilators.
• Participate in shift reports, handovers, and communication with colleagues to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN)
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
