Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to properly define needs and customize marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing CloudDevelop functional specifications and business architectureRecommend best practices for key Journey Builder/Engagement Studio campaignsEstimating the projects and preparing solution designs for implementationDevelop marketing automation-specific project plan/work breakdown structure componentsServe as a primary point of contact to the client’s Product Owner for marketing automation and/or client marketing team Iterate on solutions through a Build/Test/Review cycle with the customer Product OwnerOffer high-level guidance on marketing best practicesNegotiate solutions to complex scenarios with multiple parties and agendasProvide guidance to optimizing marketing operationsCoordinate and deliver User Acceptance TestingCreate client-based training materials and deliver end-user trainingOverall responsibility for project success and customer successOptimize plans and resources to deliver maximum value to clientsDevelop and nurture trusted adviser relationships with clientsInfluence and coach customers throughout their Salesforce journeyQualifications
6+ years experience in developing technology solutions4+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platformsStrong technical background and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a general understanding of Salesforce CRM as well as related solutionsExperience with coordinating teams of people (configurators/developers)Exposure to integrations, developing and executing data migrationsExperience consulting with clients with an emphasis on demand generation, personalization, MarTech, and Adtech solutionsStrong facilitation and interpersonal skillsFluent Business English proficiency (C1)Additional Information
