XperiencOps Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our customers, partners, customer success team, and engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be gathering and synthesizing stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications, and managing the implementation process through clear communication and structured product management.ResponsibilitiesActively engage with customers, partners, and the customer success team to gather product requirements and understand use casesTransform business requirements into comprehensive, well-structured Jira tickets that provide engineering with clear implementation guidelinesDrive engineering execution by providing clarification, removing blockers, and ensuring alignment with requirementsCreate detailed technical specifications including acceptance criteria, edge cases, and integration requirementsManage the product backlog with a focus on clear prioritization and complete ticket documentationCoordinate with stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure features meet requirementsTrack feature development progress and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholdersWork closely with engineering to understand technical constraints and feasibility of proposed featuresMaintain documentation of product requirements and technical decisionsMinimum Qualifications8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS productsStrong technical background enabling effective communication with engineering teamsProven experience writing detailed technical specifications and Jira ticketsExperience managing complex feature implementations from conception to deliveryExcellence in stakeholder management and requirement gatheringStrong understanding of data architectures and enterprise systemsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsStrong background in agile development methodologies and toolsFamiliarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirementsExperience with enterprise mobile applicationsMaster's degree in relevant fieldBenefitsCompetitive salary, equity, and benefits package (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, etc.)Chance to be part of a rapidly growing startupModern tech stack and toolsCollaborative and innovative work environment
