What you'll doYou will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective machine learning solutions across the company. You will work closely with the leadership team to articulate value-delivery, improve internal productivity as well as revenue growth.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Data Science.ResponsibilityDevelop potential new methodologies using DL/ ML/LLM and Agentic Framework models to predict users behaviour and improve automationApply different genAI technique to derive actionable insightsCollaborate with the leadership team across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to define and execute the post-sales strategy, including market segmentation, target account selection, and go-to-market approachesConduct in-depth analysis of customer success data, market trends, and customer insights to identify improvements and value-driving activitiesPartner with product teams to design, administer, and analyze the results of A/B and multivariate testsLeverage data to develop actionable analytical insights and present findings to senior managementEvangelize models, frameworks, analysis, and insights with stakeholders and business partnersAct with a sense of urgency and purpose, identify and resolve roadblocks, reach out to cross-functional team members to solicit input and/or assist when appropriate

What you bringBasicBachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field8+ years hands on experience in building data science applications and machine learning pipelinesExperience with Python both for research and software development purposesKnowledge of common machine learning, deep learning and statistics frameworks and concepts including Large Language ModelsExperience with large data sets, distributed computing and cloud computing platformsExperience with relational databases (e.g., SQL)Ability to break down technical concepts into simple terms to present to diverse, technical, and non-technical audiencesExperience in training and deploying machine learning models in production environmentsProven track records in taking a ML project from 0 to 1 to 10.Experience using machine learning and deep learning algorithms like CatBoost, XGBoost, LGBM, Feed Forward Networks for classification, regression, clustering problemsExperience in programming Languages like Python, SQL, R etc.Experience across the SAAS domain as a Data ScientistPreferredPhD in Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering with specialization in machine learning, AI or Statistics8+ years of prior industry experienceExperience of applying data science techniques to customer success organizationsExperience in building experimentation and machine learning platformExperience with or knowledge of the software development lifecycle/agile methodologyExperience with or knowledge of Github, JIRA/Confluence

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salaryWashington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
