Reservations & Floor Manager for Navy Beach, Montauk

Navy Beach, Montauk’s favorite beachfront restaurant, is looking for a Seasonal Reservations & Floor Manager to join our team for the 2025 season! If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Reservations Management: Oversee and manage reservations via Resy, ensuring smooth table flow and maximizing guest experience.

Guest Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for guests (in addition to other management), handling special requests, VIPs, and ensuring top-tier service.

Floor Operations: Support the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless communication between the host stand, servers, and kitchen.

Team Leadership: Assist with training, scheduling, and managing the host team, ensuring professional and efficient service.

Problem-Solving: Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency to ensure positive experiences.

Event Coordination: Work with management and ownership to coordinate events and large party bookings.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in restaurant reservations management and/or floor management preferred.

Strong knowledge of Resy or similar reservation software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during season.
