Be a strategic risk advisor – provide legal and business guidance, not just legal opinions.Handle contractual sweepstakes compliance, gaming regulations, and promotional law.Navigate employment law matters, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing deals.Work in the gray areas of gaming law, helping the business stay innovative while mitigating risk.Collaborate with external legal advisors and leverage existing resources for efficiency.Assist with corporate governance, risk management, and business operations.Ensure compliance with sweepstakes, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.Be a key player in shaping business strategies, not just a legal cog in the machine.What We’re Looking For:

4-8 years of experience in general business law, with a focus on gaming, media, entertainment, or tech startups.Background in Big Law preferred, but ready to escape traditional practice.Strong experience in gaming and sweepstakes law is a huge plus.Expertise in contract negotiation, employment law, and risk management.A proactive, business-first mindset—comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments.NOT a litigator—we’re looking for a strategic legal partner, not trial experience.Highly independent, capable of handling a wide range of legal responsibilities.Excited about flexible, remote work with a lot of responsibility and room to grow.$200,000 - $300,000 a yearIf you’re excited to be part of a fast-growing team that’s redefining the online gaming experience, we’d love to hear from you.
