- On Call Requirements: Occasional Call - Shared with 30+ other providers
- Board Certified FM or IM - Required
- MI License - Required
- Full time availability at least 1 year of experience (outside of residency)
- License: Michigan
- Clean backgrounds only
- 90 day credentialing
- Looking for 1 more provider for coverage at one of their multiple Primary Care locations near the Kalamazoo area starting in January. They are open to a locum to perm options. Providers will be considered for one of the following locations (all within 45 minutes of Kalamazoo)
- EMR: Cerner
- Locations: Dragon- Woodbridge- Portage, MI (FP)- Richland, MI- Galesburg, MI- Mattawan, MI- Dowagiac, MI- Three Rivers, MI
