Coverage Needed

Schedule

• Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
• 4 days a week, 7:30 am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30 pm
• Cover calls 1 day a week
• Two weekends for the 3 months coverage, 10/25, 11/29
  • If the facility gets a locum from September 16, weekend coverage will be needed for 9/20
• Full time need M-F 8a-5p on a regular basis

Clinical Details

• Practice setting: outpatient
• Patients per shift: 10-20
• Admissions required
• L ab and pharmacy on site
• There are 11 infusion chairs
• Cases/Procedures are roughly 50/50, but it depends on the contract
  • If a FT provider, then maybe a little more towards Onc
  • If part time, then lean toward heme as there is a need for continuity of care for the Onc patients

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active PA License
• ABLS
• Can confirm 6 mo coverage minimum on a regular basis - Preferred

Call

• Beeper
• Call response time required: 15 minutes
• 1:4

Support Staff

• 1 RN, 2 PA/NPs

• Epic
