Coverage Needs Details: Needing 1.5 FTE Urology providers starting in October. Will consider candidates who can offer 1-2 weeks/month or full-time coverage.

JOB INFORMATION

Typical Day: Physician will work 3 days in clinic, and 2 days in the OR each week + call.

Clinic: 18-22 patients per day

Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.

Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic and OR

TARGET RATES

Hourly: $400

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Active IL License but will consider candidates with IMLC in hand

DEA Required: Yes

Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible (Within the 12 months of residency)

Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.

Required Certifications: ACLS BLS

Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1

EMR: EPIC

Time to Credential: 90 days
