Locum Family Medicine MD/DO need in Des Moines, WA

Hourly + Travel Expenses

FQHC Setting

Credentialing: 2-3 weeks

Start: As soon as credentialed

End: 3 month contract

Schedule: M-F 8-5

Patient Volume: 18 scheduled, will most likely see 14 - 16

Procedures: Primary Care, wellness checks, prenatal is a must, women's health, spanish speaking patients

EMR: EPIC

License: WA or in progress with WA

Certifications: BC or BE

Additional Info: Provider will have 1.5 MA's, 6 agencies they are working with have not shown candidates and clinic is desperate, client will not use OB/GYN locum because it is too expensive
