Practice Setting: Inpatient Oncology Unit

Dates of Coverage: ASAP - 6 months with potential for extension

Call Schedule: Overnight telephonic call (rotating)

Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric

Practice Breakdown:

• Hematology: 60%
• Oncology: 40%

Average Number of Patients Per Day: Variable, approximately 5-20 (Hospital call/rounding)

Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1

Documentation System/EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
• Board Certified Oncologist - Preferred
• Active CT License - Required
