• Mon-Fri Consult Coverage 8:00AM-4:30PM with rotating weekends
• Call Schedule: overnight telephonic call (rotating)

• Setting: Inpatient Oncology Unit
• Patient Population: Adults/Geriatric
• 60% Hematology, 40% Oncology
• 7 physicians, 11 APPs (1 dedicated for inpt coverage, some round on the weekends)
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - Hospital (Call/Rounding) : approx 5-20
• Facility Level: Level I Trauma
• Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage
• Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist

• Requirements

• Board Certified Oncologist - Preferred
  • or Board Eligible
• Active CT License
• Local candidates only
• Required Procedures: Chemotherapy - Intrathecal
• Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
