Requirements:
- Board Certified OBGYN - Required or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)
- Active KS license - Highly Preferred
- Active BLS - Required for credentialing
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA however must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment not just for shifts worked.)
- Candidates must be available for any of the stints detailed in the job description to be considered - Required
- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
- Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED - Self Inquiry NPDB report is required prior to an offer is made.
- Procedure Logs - REQUIRED BY BID DUE DATE. Providers without after the bid ends will NOT be presented. Submission page must be noted with the following within the past 24 months for OBGYN: Hysterectomies - 5 min
- C-section - 5 min
- Deliveries - 50 min
