- Required Duties: Order tests, order images, prescribe
- Required Procedures: 3D Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
- Support Staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs in practice
- EMR: Mosaiq/Epic
- Requirements: OH license, BC, BLS
- Credentialing: 90-120 days
