* Run BOH services, including food prep and cooking. Ensure adequate inventory levels of food and supplies
* Team up with GM and CDC to review and maintain recipes book
* Perform line checks to ensure quality
* Purchase and order food product and supplies for the restaurant including daily product orders
* Assist with tracking and controlling food costs
* Ensure effective communication between FOH and BOH
* Model and promote teamwork across all teams
* Use professional judgement with daily challenges
* Work a variety of shifts (including mornings, nights and weekends)
* Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move/lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move/lift up to 50 pounds
