Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Value Added Operator to join their team. As a Value Added Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Value Added Operator

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Rate: $17.83/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of small assemblies, relabeling, and inventory movement.
• Record daily productivity and report data to management.
• Prepare daily work assignments as directed by the Group Lead.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area while complying with safety rules.
• Operate equipment as needed in the warehouse setting.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Previous experience operating order pickers and reach trucks is a plus.
