We are seeking highly skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Repair: Inspect and repair or replace equipment as needed to meet customer needs.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests from customers.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2+ years of previous experience in residential HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and safety protocols.
- Physical Ability: Ability to handle physical workload associated with HVAC installations and repairs.
- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
- Certification: EPA certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Experience: Prior experience with in-home sales of residential HVAC systems and repairs.
- Certified Professional: EPA certified and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Safe Driver: Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
- Customer-Centric: Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
