Radiance Lighting is an architectural lighting design firm with specialization in high end residential, hospitality and commercial projects. We also provide sales and services in support of our designs including lighting control, motorized window treatments, and fixture sales.   .

Job Description: 
We are looking for an experienced individual who is interested in a long-term position with a stable company. We are seeking a person with experience with some or all the skills outlined below.  This person must be motivated to expand their knowledge base and learn new skills.  This is a position in which you could be doing something different every day.  

A background in lighting control, audio visual or electrical work would all be good backgrounds.  If you have been working in these fields and would like to focus more on lighting control systems, such as Lutron or you have an interest in lighting, this could be a great position for you.

• Lutron software configuration
• System programming
• Shading configuration
• LV device installation
• Understanding of LV prewire concepts
• Lighting experience
• Window treatment installation
• Electrical experience
• Network configuration
• Microsoft Office
• Must play nice with others

Compensation:

Job is full time salary based compensation along with accrued PTO.
Salary is negotiable.
Office parking is provided
