Job Description

Become a Water/Wastewater Project Manager with us and lead the charge in elevating our Water/Wastewater team in Orlando, FL. Your expertise will play a key role in expanding our award-winning firm's presence, delivering impactful solutions, and driving the future of our water and wastewater initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to establish project goals, requirements, and technical details.
  • Perform detailed engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and complex designs for water and wastewater systems.
  • Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and other project documents to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to collect crucial data and offer technical support during construction.
  • Oversee construction activities, maintain thorough project documentation, and address any design changes or issues that arise.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project results.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in FL, or eligibility to obtain it within 6 months.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience managing water and wastewater engineering projects.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain complex technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excel in multitasking.
