Join our team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Home Health for a 13•week contract, with potential for extension. You'll be expected to work 40 hours per week, handling 20•25 cases and maintaining a minimum average of 26•28 productivity points.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver home health care to patients• Document patient progress via OASIS• Maintain productivity standards

Requirements:• Valid COTA license• BLS certification• 2 years of home health care experience• Proficiency in OASIS documentation• Maximum 1 year employment gap

Additional Information:• Position based in Redding, CA• PPE and parking details provided• Orientation lasts 2•3 days• Weekly office visits required• Patient visits may occur outside 8am • 5pm office hours• Documentation must be completed at patient's home
