Job Title: Nurse Manager, Emergency Department

PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 13-week assignment in Brooklyn, New York.

Job Requirements:

• Shift: 8 hours, evenings , 4 PM to 12 AM (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nursing staff in the Emergency Department
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Assess and prioritize patient needs

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing required
• 5+ years of experience in nursing management and/or supervision in the Emergency Department
• BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications required, TNCC preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
