What will you do in this job?:Discuss details, handle bookings and check-ins for rentals, self-guided trips, and fishing school servicesKeep rental watercraft clean and organizedProvide guests with knowledgeable gear suggestionsProvide guests with hiking tips and other information about trails in Glacier NP and the surrounding areaUse working knowledge of fly fishing methods, techniques, and gear to provide a great guest experienceEngage guests – assist with selection and advice in choosing products and information about the ParkShop cleanliness – sweep, mop, dust and trashDaily task such as receiving, stocking, and merchandisingHandle cash and credit transactions, as well as depositsHelp your teammatesProvide Self-Guided service to guest

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:Previous outdoor retail experience preferred but not required – we are happy to train!Knowledge about rafting and rafts is preferred but not requiredWork ethic and commitment to teammates and guestsBe willing and able to work alone or as part of a larger teamBe organized with a great eye for detailBe kind to others and always bring your bestBe are a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutionsBe helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mileBe relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve ballsBe ready to have funValid U.S Drivers LicenseComfortable operating a company vehicleComfortable transporting guestsAbility to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
