At Evermark, we are a rapidly growing building materials company committed to delivering exceptional products, services, and solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our administrative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory accounting processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stock, and supporting our financial operations.
As an Office Administrator, you will be crucial in supporting staff to work efficiently. Your responsibilities will include bookkeeping, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support. You will monitor and review internal and external processes, prepare reports to ensure efficiency, and maintain strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision. Your role will ensure the smooth operation of our offices and contribute to sustainable growth.
Requirements:
Your contributions will help ensure effective cost management, improve inventory accuracy, and support overall business performance.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Pull production data and Input in Excel each shift.
- Pair tickets to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile receipts and issues and file.
- Work with Manufacturing and Sales to help provide ship dates.
- Onboarding of new employees.
- Input orders in ERP system (Sage 100).
- Provide receipt tickets for orders for shipping.
- Maintain shipping logs.
- Arrange shipping for completed orders.
- Assist Office Manager with special projects and tasks.
