Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and networking.
- Utilize Bullhorn and other software tools for customer relationship management to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to decision makers, showcasing potential business opportunities.
- Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Qualifications
- 3-5 Years of Staffing Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and market analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Bullhorn or similar customer relationship management software.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
