Senior Associate or Counsel

with 7+ years of experience in

Technology Transactions

(IT) to join a dynamic national practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

intellectual property (IP)

and

commercial transactions

for technology companies. This role involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating various

IP

and

commercial agreements , as well as advising on

IP aspects

of multidisciplinary transactions such as

mergers ,

acquisitions , and

public offerings . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with technology companies at all stages of their growth.Location:Duties:Structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of

intellectual property

and

commercial transactions

including:

Licensing agreementsService agreementsDevelopment agreementsDistribution agreementsPartnering agreements

Work on

IP aspects

of

mergers ,

acquisitions ,

public offerings , and

financingsAdvise technology companies of all stages of growth on

IP and commercial transactionsProvide guidance to clients on
