TACT STAFF is seeking a skilled RN to join our team! In this role, you will provide direct patient care related to monitoring, assessment, and treatment of cardiac and other medical conditions. You will utilize advanced practice skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to meet the unique needs of each patient. This position will collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure patient care plans are implemented and monitored for effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Initiates assessment based on the patient’s problems or needs, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Continuously monitor patients' heart rhythms using telemetry equipment, identifying abnormal patterns like arrhythmias
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician.
Requirements:
• NYS RN License
• BSN
• ACLS, BLS
• EPIC experience
• 2+ years Telemetry experience
