- One, sometimes two weekends needed monthly, ongoing
- Expect 100% IR, 24/7 call position
- Flexible to offer three options
- 3 days - 5p Friday to 7a Monday, preferred, or
- 2 days - 5p Friday to 5p Sunday, or
- 2 days - 7a Saturday to 7a Monday
- Most things are handled over the phone, so you rarely have to go in
- Friday night is slow, Saturday is usually 2-4 cases, Sunday is slow
- Typical community hospital type cases - GI bleed, an embolization, PE, abscess, Neph tubes, etc
- No cold legs
