Job Title: Med Surg / Telemetry Travel Nurse RN

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Med Surg / Telemetry environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patients' unique needs.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, medication administration, and treatment progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address concerns and promote optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• RN licensure in the United States
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
• Ability to work 36 hours per week for 13 weeks
