Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture with fifteen plus (15+) years of relevant professional experience.Demonstrated success in business developmentExcellent working knowledge of landscape construction documentsProficient experience with CAD, Photoshop, and Sketch-UpAbility to demonstrate strong design and construction administration skillsIndependent thought and decision-making capabilityPossess management and supervisory skillsWorking knowledge of accounting principlesAdept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients and public agencies as well as in-house professional peersLocal experience strongly preferredCalifornia registration is required.Key Responsibilities

Supervision of staff (including daily assignments of work, review of work, quality control)Ability to prepare cost estimatesAssist in graphic presentationsUnderstanding of design principlesManagement of project schedules and budgetsPreparation of contracts, proposals, and scopes of workSignificant client and public-agency interactionsManage large and complex projectsBusiness Development Responsibilities

Increase brand recognition and financial growthPreparation of public proposals including project vision and approachMaximize client contacts throughout the development industryAttend conferences, meetings and industry eventsAbility to manage complex projects and multi-taskDevelop goals for business growth and ensure they are metAbility to be proactive and flourish with minimal guidanceWhat We Offer
