Strategic Partner to Founders:
Collaborate with the founders to prioritize, manage, and execute key initiatives, freeing up their focus for core growth strategies.
Special Projects Leadership:
Take ownership of high-leverage projects that don’t fit neatly into existing roles or teams, driving them from inception to execution.
Operational Optimization:
Streamline workflows across sales, marketing, and operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
Administrative Excellence:
Handle a wide variety of administrative tasks with speed, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a bridge across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of cross-departmental initiatives.
Process Improvement:
Implement new tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Required3–7 years of experience
in operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth startups or similar environments.
Proven track record of
leading cross-functional projects
and implementing operational improvements.
Exceptional
organizational and multitasking
skills.
Exceptional
written and verbal communication
skills.
Proficiency with modern business tools (e.g., Slack, Zapier, HubSpot, GSuite) and a
knack for automation .
BonusFamiliarity with the
fintech, regtech, or identity
industries in the United States.
Previous experience
working directly with founders
or executive leadership.
Experience with
sales and marketing operations and tooling
– especially Hubspot.
Knowledge of basic
financial modeling or reporting .
Data analysis skills
(e.g., SQL, Tableau, or similar)
Knowledge of automation tools, especially new AI tooling.
