Must hold current license to practice as an Registered Nurse (RN).

RESPONSIBILITIES of MDS Coordinator:

Coordinates completion of MDS documentation

Supervises utilization of CAAs and care plans

Schedule completion of RAI following state and federal guidelines

Manage Case Mix Results

QUALIFICATIONS of MDS Coordinator:

Current RN state license

1+ years of long term care experience

MDS Coordinator experience, preferred

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Positive Can-Do Attitude

Excellent Attendance
