*Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager (9.2 PeopleSoft HCM/Financials platform)*



This position is responsible for the functional support of the *9.2 PeopleSoft HCM/Financials platform*.

*Key responsibilities include:*
* *Requirements gathering*, application configuration, end-user support, and testing for ongoing enhancements to the production application.
* Providing *functional expertise* and contributing to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems.

*Requirements*
* PeopleSoft *techno-functional* knowledge of:
* *HR, Payroll, Commitment Accounting, Position Management/Budgeting*
* Ability to *write functional specifications*
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and development teams

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* End-to-end knowledge of *Commitment Accounting and General Ledger Processing*, initiating from HCM and interfacing into the FSCM system.
* Experience with *configuring HCM to FSCM Integration Broker service operations* to support payroll-to-GL interface.
* Strong understanding of *Position Management and Department Budget* business processes from a system perspective.

*Role & Responsibilities*
* Collaborate with *end-users* to gather business needs and requirements.
* Assist in *analyzing and designing* PeopleSoft deliverables based on business requirements.
* Create and assist in the development of *functional specifications*.
* Educate and advise on PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Commitment Accounting functionality and its integration with FSCM.
* Work closely with *technical teams* to develop, test, and document enhancements and modifications.
* Ensure project deliverables align with *business requirements*.
* Conduct *end-user training* and prepare user documentation as needed.
* Analyze and troubleshoot *functional system issues*, providing resolution options.
* Adhere to established *methodologies, controls, and quality standards*.
* Work *independently* with limited direction while also contributing effectively within a *team environment*.

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Experience:
* PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM: 5 years (Required)
* configuring HCM to FSCM Integration Broker: 5 years (Required)
* Business analysis: 8 years (Required)
* Project management: 4 years (Preferred)
