Job Details

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our hazardous waste disposal sales team. This role functions as a Player-Coach, balancing direct sales responsibilities with team leadership. The manager will oversee 6-8 Business Development and Inside Sales professionals, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring CRM accountability and pipeline management.
  • Achieve personal and team revenue targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and expand sales within the hazardous waste, transportation, and disposal sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while enhancing customer experience.
  • Oversee regional sales budgets and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Attend industry events, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales management and 5-10 years in hazardous waste/environmental sector sales.
  • Skills: Strong business development background, leadership capabilities, and working knowledge of 40 & 49 CFR regulations.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license required.
