  • Education required
  • Investment Management

    ? Lead investment identification, due diligence, and execution across equities, fixed
  • income, alternatives, real estate, venture capital, and private equity.
    ? Oversee the monitoring and reporting of performance on all investment holdings.
    ? Build and maintain relationships with external fund managers, bankers, and brokers.

    Accounting & Controls

    ? Manage all accounting functions, ensuring accurate books and records.
    ? Develop and enforce internal controls to protect assets and streamline cash flows.
    ? Oversee timely completion of financial statements, tax documents, and regulatory
  • filings.

    Budgeting & Expense Management

    ? Establish and maintain annual budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies.? Create transparency and accountability across all cost centers, including vendor
  • agreements and payroll.

    Vendor & Partner Relations

    ? Negotiate, monitor, and review contracts with key vendors and partners.
    ? Serve as the primary interface for external service providers, including legal counsel,
  • auditors, and public relations firms.

    Organizational Leadership

    ? Recruit, mentor, and lead a small, high-performing team of finance and operations
  • professionals.
    ? Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
    ? Maintain a culture of meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, and
  • impeccable client service.

    Migration & In-House Integration

    ? Lead the transition of all financial operations currently managed by a multi-family
  • office.
    ? Establish and implement new systems, workflows, and best practices within the family
  • office.
