Job Title

Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead our nursing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee patient care activities to ensure delivery of quality care.
• Teach, evaluate, and develop associates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee rescheduled, declined, missed, and reassigned visit requests.
• Respond to phone referrals/inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

About You:

• At least three years' experience in direct patient care and two years' experience in hospice or home-based care setting.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in state of residence and requested employment.
• Demonstrates knowledge and compliance with accepted hospice principles and practice.
