We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring they function properly and meet safety standards.
• Work with PLCs, diagnosing and fixing issues to minimize downtime and maintain high productivity.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed, and quickly resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify potential areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and safety activities.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with equipment maintenance, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and PLCs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems.
• Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours.
• Dedication to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
