Travel Nurse RN - Case Management
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to fill a 13-week Case Management position in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be able to work day shifts (3x12). **Responsibilities:**
* Provide case management services to patients and families
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the United States
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
* BCLS/BLS certification
* Ability to work day shifts (3x12)
