  • Experienced Nursing Supervisor position
  • Full-time night position, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
  • Coordinates and organizes personnel and resources for patient care
  • Collaborates for crisis management and effective communication
  • Monitors daily operations for patient care effectiveness
  • Assures safety and quality of patient care
  • Coordinates patient admissions and organizational response during high census
    Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous supervisor, manager or coordinator experience
  • Active licensure for the State of Maine or compact
  • Progressive management/leadership experience required
  • Previous experience as a Charge Nurse, Unit Coordinator or Director preferred
    Schedule Information
  • Variable shifts with call rotation required

  • Timecards must be filled out properly to be processed
