Job Description - Manage a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases, handling all stages of litigation from filing to resolution.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates and guidance.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Participate in mentorship and professional development programs.
Qualifications - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of three years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
- Strong litigation and case management skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
