We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our production operations, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities:

As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

2. Implementing and maintaining HACCP and SQF systems to ensure the highest level of food safety and quality.

3. Coordinating and supervising food production and processing activities, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards.

4. Applying Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.

5. Conducting regular quality control checks and audits, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary.

6. Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team of production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and excellence.

7. Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior management, in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in food production or processing.

2. Proven experience with HACCP, SQF, food production, and food processing.

3. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.

4. Strong quality control skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

5. Excellent team leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating, coaching, and developing staff.

6. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly desirable.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

8. A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate problems, make sound decisions, and take appropriate action.
