We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting in their recovery, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of medical practices and patient care standards, along with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.

*Duties*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
* Assist in the triage process to prioritize patient care based on urgency.
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Provide case management support by coordinating patient care plans.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
* Uphold standards of practice in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.

*Qualifications*
* Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
* Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential.
* Experience in an ophthalmology setting is a plus.
* Familiarity with ICU practices is beneficial but not required.
* Proficiency in managing medical office tasks and maintaining medical records.
* Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
