Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a focus in Registered Nurse (Telemetry) with at least one year of full-time experience within the last two years.

• Provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, detect and respond to changes in their condition, and report concerns to supervisors or other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Operate medical equipment, administer medications, and perform various procedures under the guidance of more senior staff members.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
