About The Position

A Mid-Sized hospital in Southern Virginia is seeking a qualified Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

The locum will be part of the PA/NP team, sharing responsibilities equally. On-call duties include at least one weekday per week and one weekend per month, with possible additional coverage during vacations or months with extra weekends.

Monday through Thursday, assignments will be in the OR or on the floor, starting at 7 AM until work is completed, with on-call providers staying until OR cases are done. Weekend call runs from Friday evening to Monday morning, with rounding and shared note documentation on Saturdays and Sundays.
