Bartlett Roofing is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Kennesaw, GA ! This is a chance to play a key role in driving our success while leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team.

Compensation Structure: $70,000 annual salary plus a competitive, uncapped performance-based commission structure.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Conduct sales meetings with team members to review performance and deliver training.
- Perform one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
- Manage team and hold them accountable using KPIs that have been established by the leadership team and direct supervisor.
- Actively train veteran and new reps to ensure proper practice of job duties and performance.
- Develop team members by actively contributing to their growth through coaching in office and in the field.
- Review resumes and facilitate interviews for the hiring process to build team.
- Act as final approver for jobs prior to installation day.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 3 years experience in insurance restoration.
- 5+ years of sales experience required
- 2+ years of sales management and/or leadership experience required
- Roofing experience preferred.
- A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Highly disciplined and internally motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Easily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individuals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and ready for change.
- Technologically proficient and able to utilize mobile applications.
