This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, servicing and maintaining our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, problem-solving individual with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a proven track record in servicing and maintaining complex machinery. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

1. Performing regular maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including cold cutting, isolation, bolt tensioning, hydraulic nut splitting, and bolt measuring tools.
2. Diagnosing and repairing faults in machinery and equipment.
3. Providing technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team.
4. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company safety procedures and industry regulations.
5. Regularly reviewing and updating maintenance procedures and protocols.
6. Providing detailed reports on equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and any faults or issues.
7. Working closely with the manufacturing team to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician in the Manufacturing industry or a similar role.
2. Proven experience with cold cutting, isolation, bolt tensioning, hydraulic nut splitting, and bolt measuring.
3. Possession of a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
