What You Will Do:Executing the corporate business planLeading the local sales team to achieve corporate growth goalsRepresenting the bank in the community by attending and supporting various community causes and activitiesPlanning and implementing local marketing activities to achieve corporate goalsLeading a community board to help achieve the bank's goalsCollaborating with product group associates to enhance client relationshipsResponsible for the management of a staff comprised of various financial professionals including bankers, relationship managers, trust officers, Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and support staffResponsible for customer recruitment, interaction, and retentionResponsible for individual, team loan, and deposit production goalsLeads the organization at client functions and eventsWhat You Bring:

Strong attention to detailGood interpersonal skills (verbal and written skills)Accuracy with data entry workEducation Level:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; degree in Finance or Economics preferredMaster's Degree in Business PreferredExperience Level:

7-10 years Lending or Wealth Management experience, including an understanding of the underwriting process1-3 years Supervisory ExperienceLicense/Certification Details:
