Technical Recruiting Manager

to drive GenAI Engineering hiring. This person will lead all recruiting-related goals around headcount attainment and efficiency for their functional areas (ex. hitting headcount and funnel conversion targets, building and being accountable for hitting recruiting OKRs, reporting on recruiting progress, etc.).You will:Design and execute comprehensive technical recruiting strategies aligned with company growth objectivesManage a team of technical recruiters, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance developmentLead, set clear guidelines, coach and develop a team of recruitersDevelop and optimize recruiting processes, including candidate experience, interview methodologies, and assessment techniquesCollaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving talent needs and skill requirementsImplement data-driven recruiting metrics and analytics to continuously improve hiring effectivenessDevelop employer branding strategies to position the company as a top destination for technical talentManage recruiting technology stack and explore innovative sourcing and assessment toolsYou have:7+ years of Technical Recruiting experience, with at least 2-4 years in a management roleProven track record of recruiting for complex technical roles in software engineering, AI, Machine LearningExperience managing and developing recruiting teamsStrong understanding of technical job markets, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentNice to have:Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience recruiting in AI, machine learning, or high-growth technology companiesDemonstrated success in scaling recruiting teamsProficiency in recruiting technologies and ATS systemsBackground in technical assessment and interview methodology designCompensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity-based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process, and confirm whether the hired role will be eligible for equity grant.
